Since we've amassed a bit of members now, I thought it would be a good time to try and boost activity a bit. Would any (or all *g*) of you be interested in doing a request fest?

The way it would work is we'd have a post where people could make requests in the comments, preferably linking to scans/covers, and then others can make them icons and everyone can share in their love of comics and their favorite characters :)



If some of you would like to get into icon-making but don't quite know where to start, I could make a small resource post with some tutorial links? I only have experience with photoshop myself, but I'm sure most of the techniques would translate fairly well to other programs.
